The location was peaceful with great views yet close enough to town for restaurants and stocking up. The villa was clean, comfortable, well designed with lovely showers and all necessary amenities. The owner was welcoming, friendly and attentive, addressing any questions we had while providing useful information about the surrounding areas and culture. They have built an amazing place in a true paradise, we’ll definitely be going back in the near future.

We liked that the villas were dog friendly without any additional payment. The view was fantastic and Olga,the host,was very friendly. They even put up a gate so that our dogs can run freely without us worrying that they could escape.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Key Villas! Everything was perfect – a peaceful and beautiful location, spotless cleanliness, excellent facilities, and attention to every detail. “A beautiful 2 room apartment and wonderful host”

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome by Olga who owns the villas with her husband Spirios. Olga was such a beautiful person - friendly, funny, chatty and so kind. We loved her! Nothing was ever too much trouble and over the week she brought us fresh prawns, watermelon she’d grown and home produced olive oil and dried oregano. The apartment was nicely decorated and very clean - and was cleaned every day with fresh towels provided. There was a large patio with a big table, which we spent a lot of time at, and a portable BBQ, which we used several times. Things to watch out for: Be warned the 2 bed apartment doesn’t have access to a pool. This was a huge disappointment to us as we’d booked the property specifically for a pool. Many of the marketing images showed a pool and stated an outdoor swimming pool but the pools are private for each villa. Also the 2 bed apartment is more of a 2 room apartment. The main bedroom is lovely and has a private bathroom. The other room includes 2 single (or can be made as 1 double) bed but also has the kitchen in the same room and a small table and chairs. There are no drawers or wardrobe so not possible to unpack in this room. Effectively this is a communal area so the apartment is better suited to a family with children (which we were) rather than 2 couples. Cooking facilities were limited to a 2 hob heater - there isn’t an oven - and just 1 small frying pan and saucepan but we still managed to make several dinners. Location wise - it’s really quiet and secluded. There is a small supermarket, a lovely bakery and a couple of restaurants about 400m down the hill (it’s a long slog up the hill on the way back). You really need a car if you stay here. All in all we had a great stay and for us the kindness of Olga made up for the lack of a pool and meant we explored more of the island and enjoyed the beaches.

We loved the view, the house, the village and amazing hospitality. Olga - thank you! Tsoukalades is our preferred choice of village; lies between the best beaches and the city (30 min from the airport). As a bonus we were lucky to get a world famous basketball player as our closest neighbour. Being a basketball family we got star-strucked by Antetokounmpos.

“Perfect stay in Lefkada.”

We had such a good time at the villa, beautiful view of the sea and sunset, spacious garden and pool and comfortable bed. Very dog friendly which is a big plus for us as we travel with our pooch everywhere. The host Olga was very lovely and helpful. The villa is close to beautiful beaches and there is also a very good restaurant just down the road (by car).

“The best place to stay in Lefkada!”

These villas and apartments are truly spectacular! Clean, relaxing and well equipped. The villas are in a village so there is a store, 2 great restaurants and a bakery a 10 minute walk away. I didn’t have a car but I would recommend getting one if you plan to visit other parts of the island! However, without a car it’s a short taxi ride to Lefkada Town and from there you can walk to Milos Beach Resort and Agios Ioannis beach. There are some really great restaurants down the side streets of Lefkada Town. The thing that made my experience was the wonderful hospitality from hosts, Olga and Spiros. They made me feel so welcome and I really felt like one of the family. Truly special people who represent Greek hospitality at its finest. :)

Key Villas are situated near the principal road and two good restaurants. In the proximity are some grocery shops and a bakery. The location is close to the Lefkada town and the Pefkoulia beach and you easily can go to the east side and also to the beaches on the west side of the island from the villas. Our hosts, Olga and Spiros, are the best. They were very friendly and helpful. The villas are nice, clean, well equipped and with amazing view, in a quiet area.
