Overview
Centrally located in Tsepelovo, the stone-built Villa Paroraia is set in a restored 18th-century mansion and features a bar. It offers stylish rooms with free WiFi and serves a traditional, Greek breakfast. Featuring oak floors, ornate ceilings and elegant decoration, all rooms at the Villa Paroraia provide Coco-Mat mattresses, pillows and linens. Each has a seating area with TV and a stylish bathroom with spa bath or hydromassage shower. Some rooms have a fireplace. A traditional breakfast including homemade jams, rice pudding and bread, as well as local honey, eggs and milk, is served in the dining area or the garden. Guests can also enjoy traditional, savoury and sweet pies, such as cheesepie and orange pie. Tsepelovo village is located 49 km from Ioannina. The central village square is only 100 metres away from the property. Guests can visit the 18th-century church of St. Nicholaos, featuring impressive paintings.

Lovely authentic house in one of the pretty, unique Zagorian villages surrounding Vikos Gorge. Maria and Dimitris were wonderful charming hosts, giving us a warm and friendly welcome and enthusiastic advice on exploring the region. Our room was really well equipped, very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delightful, featuring home prepared dishes and local produce including their own fresh eggs.

“Comfortable and beautiful in traditional style”
This is a beautifully renovated pristine set of rooms with hand painted ceilings and lovely bathrooms. Location is steps from an excellent taverna, the Epirus walking trail to Astraka hut, and the village park lot - yet it is very quiet. Dimitrios was a wonderful host, helping us clarify our hiking trail, giving us food for our packed lunches, bringing us afternoon coffee and cakes on the pretty garden patio Breakfast is plentiful and coffee is good. We now recommend this place to other walkers.

Villa Paroraia is a charming, spotless hotel with wonderful hosts, Mrs. Maria and Mr. Dimitris. The breakfast was delicious and included freshly baked regional specialties. The hotel is well situated with beautiful views of the village and mountains.

Villa Paroraia is one of the best pansions I have visited. It was very clean, the breakfast full of traditional Greek homemade products and some of them directly from the owners' garden. Mrs. Maria and Mr. Dimitris were very friendly and always happy to help. I would totally recommend it and I hope I'll visit it again soon!

The staff/family was AMAZING. we arrived late and we’re so sweet by cooking us a late dinner. They upgraded our rooms that were so beautiful and lovely. Breakfast was a delicious spread everything hand made by Maria! They also made a personal map to help us get around to look at the bridges! This was by far the best experience I have ever had staying anywhere.

We had a very nice stay in Tsepelovo. Our hosts gave us a warm welcome and the room was lovely and clean. Great bathroom and shower. We enjoyed some drinks and talks at their beautiful terrace in the evening. Maria made us a delicious lunch with her own homemade pies and other good food. Strongly recommended!
