Overview
Centrally located in the scenic village of Tsepelovo in the Zagoria area, Archontiko is a 19th-century refurnished mansion. It offers rooms with free Wi-Fi and views to Mount Tymfi and the garden. A breakfast buffet is served in the dining area. A fridge, an electric kettle and a TV are included in all rooms at the Archontiko. Each has a private bathroom with shower. Some accommodation types have a seating area. Guests can have local drinks and coffee at the bar with the fireplace. When the weather is warm, the tree-filled courtyard is ideal for relaxation. The area is ideal for hiking, rafting and mountain biking. The scenic village of Vitsa is at 25 km. Monodendri village is 28 km away.

If we could rate our stay 11/10, we would! It was the best experience of staying in a cozy and very clean room! And most importantly we had the pleasure to meet our sweetest and kindest host, Mrs.Mary! She really took care of us, was always with a smile and very open to talk to us. She made us the BEST breakfast with home-made and local products and each day we tried something new of her cooking. Together we made the plan for the day and she gave us tips about the hiking trails and the must-visit villages. We 100% recommend our stay all year round. We will surely come back!

“Amazing hospitality, warm enviroment, atmosphere back to old times”
The landlady hershelf was preparing every single day, an enormous, homemade tasty breakfast, with local fruits, pastries, pies, cakes, jams and marmelade made as well from her. Having a breakfast next to the old stone fire place was the epitomy of our stay. Cosy room, warm and clean, decorated with traditional rugs.

This was such a homey place! The hosts Mary and Yannis were so lovely and welcoming. Breakfast was really nice with homemade pastries and jams. Our room was cozy with a traditional set up and traditional beds. The mountain view here is awesome. We woke up to a bit of snow and it was just beautiful. The town of Tsepelovo is a small village with a small population and a couple of nice restaurants and cafes. If you want an authentic experience, this is for you. This place will heal your soul.

“Friendly B&B, a great stopover for hikers”
This was my final stopover hiking around the Vikos Gorge. Maria (a very welcoming and solicitious host) let me drop bags off several days in advance so that I could hike light. The house (traditional, with stone arches and courtyard) is situated in a quiet cobbled lane (not directly reachable by car, the entrance is about 80m from the car park) and, while within easy reach of the main square, was very quiet at night. Clean and comfortable room. Plenty of breakfast options (and available earlier than in most places), Maria is keen to please.
