Our stay was wonderful. A warm welcome on arrival, with polite and courteous staff. The room had all the amenities we needed. Cuisine was of a high standard.

Location near Tsavo river. I spotted two crocodiles and during night slept well with river sound. Good location if you want to get away from the hussle of busy life and relax in wild. Food was good.

Right in the bush, near a flowing river inhabited by wild birds and fowls as well as hippos. Very calming environment and the cabins are well furnished making it cosy. It is well secured and security are helpful and friendly

Everything from the location, cleanliness and most of all, the staff from the lady at the reception Catherine, Joy, Betty, Rosemary, Mary Agnes, Gregory just to name a few were all attentive and always smiling. The manager was always exceptional. The game driver went an extra mile to ensure our upmost satisfaction. I sincerely recommend this property for anyone looking for excellent value for money.

The staff are warm and welcoming. We liked the location convenience quite near the main Mombasa Nairobi highway. The camp is right besides a river.. The tented lodge setup was great. The food was nice and fresh

Very friendly staff, and excellent service. Accommodation was clean and in a great location by the river. Food was very good. Excellent game drive. Seeing wildlife - including a family of elephants - from the pool terrace was amazing.

Location to park being in the animal corridor unbelievable close to elephants hippos antelope monkeys even buffalo right outside your room and balcony and swimming pool. Food was very good

Beautiful location, very peaceful with great views over the river and wonderful animal spotting. Staff are fantastic, so helpful and polite. Everyone is really friendly without being overly familiar. Tents/rooms are huge, comfy beds and good showers. Food is delicious and an excellent selection of vegetarian choices (mostly Indian dishes ) we saw hippos, elephants, crocodiles and even a leopard from the lodge grounds

Nice location and spacious rooms. It’s just outside Tsavo West national park gate and also very close to the nearest gate to Tsavo East national park (approx 10-15min drive). Staff is very friendly and restaurant serves great food. We especially loved the lounge chairs on the private balcony attached to the tent from where you can see the nearby river (we saw some pretty big crocs).

A magical hotel along the river, where wildlife is an integral part of the experience – elephants, impalas, crocodiles, hippos, monkeys, and on rare occasions, even lions have been spotted just outside the cottages. The staff, from the reception to the security guards, are both professional and incredibly hospitable. In particular, the hotel manager, Festes Mbeva, is the most humble and welcoming person I have ever met. Cooling off in the pool after a safari trip and relaxing in the shade while the cool breeze offers relief on a hot afternoon is an experience I will never forget. The rooms are of excellent quality, and both breakfast and dinner were delightful. We decided to extend our stay by another night, and I’m already looking forward to coming back in two years.

If you are reading this review, stop debating and book Maneaters! Our stay was nothing short of magical, an unforgettable experience where we were truly cared for from start to finish. A heartfelt thank you to Rose, Rosemary, and Rubin, our fantastic safari driver who also ensured seamless transportation to and from the train in Voi. And the wildlife? Absolutely breathtaking! Watching elephants, monkeys, and crocodiles up close so near you could almost reach out and touch them was simply incredible.
