The villa is amazing, as taken out from some romantic novel. It is so charming and cosy inside, with its old wooden furniture and full of taste wall decorations, which just add on a final touch to make it perfect for a provincial style lover, like me. It was clean, and easy to keep it clean, because you are provided with everything you could think about, if you only want to keep it clean - something that I needed, when having in mind that we were there for nine nights, and were three families with children, and a dog. The hospitality is excellent. The wonderful family, who owns the villa has thought about everything you could need - from extra towels and sheets, to even three different ways to make your coffee in the morning; not to mention the lovely dinners that we were able to make, and enjoy under the beautiful vine, when we decided to stay in for the evening. But, the villa is suitable even for less people because the atmosphere inside and outside gives you the chance to relax, and to enjoy a wonderful garden area. I love my mornings on the garden swing, under the big Magnolia tree, where for nine days, with my dog, and an aromatic coffee I was welcoming the sunrise. I love the different colours in every bedroom. I love that every single bathroom has a bathroom and we didn’t have to take turns, which could be annoying, when we were so many people. So, you have the comfort of a wonderful, charming villa, facilitated as you are in a hotel, and even better. Eri and her husband were amazing hosts. I recommend them with both hands.

“Great stay”

We stayed in the property for three nights in August 2024. We were 3 families. The guest house was a great value for money. It was clean, fully equipped and had everything we needed. It has 5 rooms (2 rooms for 3 and 3 rooms for 2) and each room has a private bathroom. Eri the host was very kind and helped us with everything that we needed - and more. The rooms are not big. Only the rooms for three have an AC and the rest have fans, however the fans were enough even though it was mid August. The yard is big and beautiful with a view to the sea. There is room for everyone to sit outside for a meal. Sitting under the vine even in high noon provided a great breeze!

The house is perfect for a group of 8-10 people and we loved the patio and garden . We had everything we needed and Eri left us kitchen and laundry room supplies. She was reactive to support us in a small water and outside lighting problems. Bedrooms are cozy with comfortable beds and private small bathrooms. The Kitchen is fully equiped with everything you can need. I strongly recommend to go to their cafe called AgnaDi for delicious food and one of the best customer service in Tsagarada.

The ideal solution for a family holiday, the villa has all the service you need and it's amazing to pass the evening in the garden tasting a great bbq. Eri and her husband are two perfect host satisfing all out request and giving us precious touristic information (beaches, markets, restaurant). We hope to come back soon

“Great guesthouse with best owners, very good value for money”

We stayed for a hole week with 2 families and enjoyed very much from the place. the beaches near by are great and the guesthouse is very close to supermarket, café and restaurants. We decently would recommend it to others
