We booked a separate house, and our reservation was confirmed. We also paid the full price in advance. Upon arrival, however, the receptionist informed us that the house was not available. Instead, we were offered either a hotel room or a house in a completely different resort and location. Both alternatives were significantly cheaper. At our request, the price difference was refunded. Communication was also very difficult, as the receptionist did not speak English and spoke only limited German. Due to the language barrier, resolving the situation was extremely complicated. Overall, this experience was a major disappointment for us.
