Magnificent castle with stunning interiors!!!!! The activities were unique and fun, and the staff were exceptional—truly a special stay. Half board is also worth your money (but vegetarian options are not great). I truly recommend this place we had wine near a river and a cave and played pools in the top of the castle. STUNNING! rooms match the decor of the castle perfectly.

The castle is an excellent base for exploring the Kłodzko region. Within easy reach are gems like the Gold Mine, the Owl Mountains, and picturesque spa towns. Each day brought new experiences, and evenings within the castle walls felt like stepping into another world. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and discreet — exactly what you’d expect from a four-star hotel. The food? Fantastic. Fresh, refined, with a local touch. Guests have unlimited access to bathrobes and towels, and the spa and pool area is a true oasis of relaxation. The Kłodzko region is still grappling with the aftermath of last year’s flood — the signs are visible during sightseeing and deeply moving. Your heart aches seeing how much work still lies ahead for the local community. That’s all the more reason to visit — not just to unwind, but to support those who are passionately rebuilding this extraordinary place. The massages were great. The accommodation is located in nature.

Lovely area surounding the castle, pretty good breakfast and dinner buffet. Stunning mansion totally worth the tour if you have the time. GREAT spa! Had a signature massage with Lester and he was fantastic.

“Real Castle!”

This was another stay in this real castle, so I knew about its advantages. Again everything was as expected, nice chat at check-in, lovely evening concert, varied breakfast. I will gladly come back here on the next occasion.

The location is great. the hotel is set in old castle on river bank. The hotel's buildings are surrounded by a small park, so it's very green around and quiet. Breakfast was nice, selection of food and drink was very good.
