Not a bad location, close to the main areas. We were able to check in early after a night bus which was great. Shower went hot when you flicked the fuse switch. There's a basic kitchen you can use.

“Friendliest and best price in town”
The owner was amazing and very friendly and could help you booking tours etc. The price was cheap and you get what you pay for. But the important stuff was great, it was clean, comfy bed, good locker at your door, kitchen had everything you needed.
