This hotel has great ratings but it was still a very pleasant surprise how good it was. Free welcome drinks, breakfast included, the most helpful and lovely staff and it literally opens onto the central plaza of Trujillo. 6 months in S America and this is hands down our favourite hotel, not just great value for money but a genuine 4 star experience where we least expected it. Pro tip: the bar has a really good vibe and their cocktails are great.

“A very comfortable and central place to stay”
The room was very comfortable, with a window overlooking the plaza and was equipped with a kettle. Porter service is available. Secure parking is available nearby by reception voucher. Food service and breakfasts (latter is included) are excellent. There are lots of restaurants and services within walking distance.

Great stay at Costa del Sol Trujillo. The hotel is very well run, clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and professional throughout. While the rooms are on the very small side, everything is well designed and perfectly maintained. The real highlight is the bar and restaurant — excellent food, great drinks and a nice atmosphere. Overall, a very good option in Trujillo, especially if you value good dining and service.

staff was friendly and helpful and location was perfect, it was close to restaurants, and night life of trujillo, the location was convenient to walk around by myself. brekky was delicious with a variety of traditional food. I was travelling solo so I totally recommended and if I visit again Trujillo definitely I will stay in Costa del Sol.
