“Not cozy, ready for renovation and investment”
Seems like that owner wants to earn a lot of money without investing in appartment no 8. Dirty towel, door which does not close correctly, not comfortable, not cozy, 1 small window with a "nice" vista of another wall. Leakage in central hall. Conclusion: bad! The booking.com result of 2018 on the entrance door with a 9,5 ??? is not relevant anymore

The apartment is very close to the centre of the tourist old town - the Plaza de Mayor. But it is in a quiet alley, so it is perfect location. The apartment is spacious and clean.

“Great location near the Plaza Mayor”
The room itself was spacious as it consisted of two floors. A nice bathroom and a small kitchen. The reindeer which illuminated the balcony was a nice touch. While you cannot park on the street where the building is located, it is easy to find street parking two or three blocks away.

A nicely designed modern apartment in the historic building located in medieval city of Trujillo. A very attentive host, helpful and kind. It was amazing to spend some time in a building constructed hundred years ago and offering a very modern facilities.

Close to Plaza Mayor. On the surface good modern decor of apartment. Good communication leading up to check in. Communication about parking prior to market day was helpful. But instructions unclear for options as person m/staff had good personal knowledge of streets but instructions were unclear to a person new to Trujillo. The courtyard and very small outdoor pool were very pleasant.

We didn’t meet Sandra due to our times of arrival but they accommodated us very well as we were very late. accommodation was perfect, in a beautiful town and exceptional value given the space and facilities
