Amazing location and very friendly staff. Their restaurant is amazing and the hotel is indeed a boutique hotel. Full of characters and charm. Very spacious and quiet rooms.

“If you speak some Spanish and are happy walking, visit Trujillo and stay at the Posada.”
A great location in the Casco Antiguo near the Plaza Mayor. But beware - Google maps does not give directions that work. You must phone the hotel and ask for directions - in Spanish. The staff do not speak much English. A really nice antique hotel in a wonderful historic town

“Reasonable choice, but some drawbacks.”
Located in the heart of the old town. Possibly seen better days in terms of management, in that when we arrived, there was no one around to check us in and we had to wait for an hour to check in. The phone number left on the desk was uncontactable. Parking is very difficult with only a few places available to the hotel through very narrow lanes. Rooms ok but partitions between rooms very thin. No breakfast option.

“Great location in Trujillo which is a beautiful city to spend a few nights”
Beautiful old restored building. Our room was lovely - looked out onto the quiet street, not far from the castle and Santa Maria mayor church and plaza mayor. Comfortable and clean.

“A charming old town experience”
A charming boutique hotel right up in the old town. It felt quite magical! We managed to park our car a few meters away which was a bonus. Great walk into Trujillo Plaza Major for dinner and so pretty. The old town was very quiet and we enjoyed wandering about all on our own.
