Overview
This hostel is situated in the centre of Trujillo, only 50 metres from the Plaza Mayor and the gates to the Medieval city. There are nine pleasant and fully-equipped rooms in this newly constructed establishment. In the tavern style grill restaurant you can taste the exquisite cuisine of Extremadura, with its traditional, specialist homemade meats and sausages. You can take part in very interesting cycle tourist routes through the National Park of Monfragüe, which can be booked through the town's tourist office. Alternatively, you can join guided tours through the monumental old town.

“Good, basic hostel close the town centre.”
Great location, very basic but clean accommodation. Perfect for one night in Trujillo. Sadly, the restaurant was closed.

“Small rooms but just one minute from a beautiful central square”
Everything is small here, but the location cannot be beat: you are just one minute from the central square of an amazing town. Ease of moving in depends on your luck of finding a parking space in the old narrow streets; I got lucky but I am not sure others will.

“First class experience”
Everything! The staff were super kind and helpful. The hostel is clean and quiet. Bar next door a great option for breakfast. Didn't eat there but restaurant looked good.

“An enchanting stay in a medieval inn”
It was like staying in a medieval inn. The barkeeper was also the host, and in spite of our language differences, we could understand each other. The location is superb, literally 2 minutes from the Plaza Major and all the old buildings, and an easy walk from the bus station. The restaurant is popular and the food was very good, with recommendations for typical regional food. The room was spotless.

“Perfect location to explore beautiful Trujillo”
Brilliant location, friendly and helpful staff. The bar below the accommodation was welcoming and served tasty food. We were able to park our motorcycle right outside the hostal and our room was large with a small balcony

“Good price-value option in the middle of Trujillo”
Very close to the main square and the people running the Hostal were very nice. The rooms are spacious and the beds were comfy and it was clean.
