Hostal Emilia is 500 metres from Plaza Mayor, in the Extremaduran town of Trujillo. Each air-conditioned room has a bathroom, TV and views of the patio or historic city centre. The family-run Emilia Guest House is set in a restored 19th-century building. It has a traditional restaurant, serving typical regional food and local wines. Emilia Hostal is ideally placed to explore Trujillo’s narrow streets, old city walls and Moorish castle. It is also just a 20-minute drive to the Sierra de Santa Cruz Mountains, where visitors can enjoy hiking, horse riding or cycling. Staff at Hostal Emilia’s can provide information about the region, prepare picnics or organise bicycle or car rental. Free public parking can be found near the guest house.

“What a disappointment for the price”

“This was even better than I thought it would be. Highly recommended!”
Very good hostel for a very reasonable price. I was impressed by the hospitality of the staff. When I arrived tired on my bike, he immediately helped me with my bike. I could store it in a safe place. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. I really recommend hostal Emilia to everyone who needs a friendly and warm-hearted place to sleep!
