Perfectly clean small apartment with kitchenette. Everything in the apartment is pretty new and up to date. Central location in Troyes, which is a pretty town worth discovering. The paid car park nearby was good value (€6 for overnight parking), modern and safe, with relatively wide entry and exit points.

Very secure, very clean and tidy. Modern, quality appliances and equipment in the kitchen area. Beautiful bathroom with great walk-in shower. Comfortable bed with new, fresh linen. Lovely view from the window especially for people watching! Positioned in the heart of Troyes , watching distance to bars, restaurants and museums and sights of interest.

“Place with potential, but very poor hygiene and no sheets ruined the night”
The room is placed right in the city centre, which makes it an ideal place for visiting town. Although not large for 4 persons - we could barely move around once we opened the sofa-bed beside the double bed and moved the large round table toward the entrance door - the room is equipped with a useful kitchen. Access to the property is granted through three codes, and you will not actually meet the host, which can be practical because you don't need to stick to a precise arrival time, but can also be unpractical if problems arise (see below).

“Modern appartment in central Troyes”
The central position of the apartment meant that we just left the building and we were already in the middle of things! Also the air conditioning was highly appreciated as it was a very hot day! Communication with the host was easy and efficient and the check in and out conditions were excellent.
