“Very disappointing!”
We had booked a cabin but were given a key in the safe to a room by the reception in the main building. Extremely rude staff member on the phone (no one at the reception) who said that our room had been “upgraded” because of double booking. She was irritated by our request to get the cabin we had originally booked (that we never got) Extremely thin walls. Those by the bed connected with the common area of the hostel so you could hear people until late at night. We woke up at 6:30 with the noise of the cleaning of the common area. There were no dark blinds in the door window (not optimal In Sweden in May!) The trash collection area was under the kitchen windows so we couldn’t open them without getting all the smell in the room. Expensive for how old and wasted the rooms and common areas are. And not a place to go to get a weekend rest in fine nature.
