Great Stay: great location (nice view), kind staff, and many amenities free to use, like the kitchen :).

Good location. A 10-min walk from the harbourside. My room was one of three sharing a well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Free coffee and tea and a large socialising space on the ground floor. Underground parking if needed.

There is a pool room with a pool table, and it may happen that there are no balls in it. Most likely the balls got stuck inside the table. You must apply some force from under the table at the middle of it (just give it a kick from below), and the balls will be released.

On my first night I stayed in the dorm, which I only recommend if you are a young student. However, on my other days I stayed in the private room and that was really great! The private rooms have their own kitchen area that turned out to be a great place for me to relax after a full day of activities. It felt like I had my own little apartment in Trondheim for a couple days. Staff is also very friendly and helpful. They recommended the Havet sauna 15 min walk from the hostel (a must!!). Will come back if I return to Trondheim!

The room was spacious and clean, so were the common kitchen area (next to the rooms) and the bathroom. I didn't use the common kitchen downstairs, but anytime I passed it, it looked lively and a good place to hang out. My room was comfy and had the basics of everything I needed.

We booked a double bed room with shared kitchen and bathroom. Everything is clean and organized.
