“Comfortable, roomy, great view & location.”

We booked an apartment last minute having unfortunately been caught out by a scam at a separate property in the city (a fake listing) - leaving us without any accommodation after already arriving. The gentleman who met us from the reception (when we rang) was very pleasant and professional - and he was able to offer us an apartment which exceeded our expectations from the initial booking, also in a wonderful central location. He offered some helpful recommendations which we tried out, and answered our questions. The reception was easy to contact if needed, but were happy to leave us to our own devices. Regular & thorough cleaning of the apartment, changing towels and bed linen. The toilet had a wet-room design with an open shower and underfloor heating (comfy in the cool weather). The kitchen was well supplied with equipment (and tea, coffee, sugar) - comfortable sofas and beds, dining table with chairs. A wonderful property, very pleasant staff - it saved our holiday in Trondheim - very high praise.

We were upgraded because our original flat hadn’t been cleaned…the original wasn’t bad, but the upgraded flat was amazing! View right over the Royal Palace! The manager in charge was amazing…couldn’t help us enough!

On the day of arrival, we were offered an apartment in the city centre instead of the one further away. The place looks ok but it's located in a very busy location. It was very hot that night, and it was impossible to keep the windows open due to the noises of partying people. The worst part, though, is the behaviour of the owner. He hasn't greeted us in the apartment and he didn't take a payment from us and didn't even say how he would charge me. My card is added to the booking, and I assumed he would take the money off my card like many other bookings I did. We had to rush in the morning to the airport and then I had many messages that I hadn't paid for the room and I needed to sort it with booking com. After a day of writing with him and booking com, he finally sent me an invoice with 100NOK more for an "administration fee." After sending him money, I didn't even get any confirmation from him or messages back.

Spacious and bright apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and a big tv. Free parking space next close to the building available. Very clean and cozy. 2 minute walk to a nearby train station or 20-30 minute walking distance to the city centre!

Great location, excellent facilities. Well stocked kitchen, large bathroom, good quality bed linen. A representative very kindly met us at the property and gave us information and instructions. All very straightforward.

Communication and all the instructions were unfriendly. The apartment was clean, however there was toillete and a bath broken and also opening of one doors did not work well. There is no space for baggage to be left before check in and after check out.

Thank you for washing machine and dryer , and washing liquid. We travel from latvia to lofoten islands. There was the middle of way, we been in the car 2 days. It was so good to wash clothes, get shower and make food. I like there is everything in kitchen to make your own food. Nice soft cozy bed. Feels like a home because had everything what needed.
