“Closed without notification”
Staff on strike for >4 weeks. Door closed. No auto message or reply on helpdesk phone. No message printed behind the glass door. No warning from booking.com. We had to find out via the neighbors.

“Good value and perfect location”
Very good value for money and excellent location in the city centre. Staff was sweet and the room was very clean. Breakfast was one of the best I have ever had in the hotel

The room was super small, especially the bathroom. To get to the toilet I had to open both shower doors, and hold them open while using the toilet. The shower itself was also small. I could hardly turn around in it. The walls of the room are super thin. I could hear the phone of the person in the next room vibrate. I could hear the person above pushing their chair back. The desk light did not work and there was no overhead light in that part of the room so I could not work at the desk. The address given in booking leads to the wrong location when using google maps. It is the other side of the block. I thought maybe it was in the mall so I wandered around there for a bit before walking around the entire block and finally found the entrance.
