The receptionist was very helpful on check in and helped provide info re early morning travel to the airport. Hotel was a good location, very central- close to the ferry terminal and bus stop to the airport around the corner. Free tea, coffee and cookies in reception and free waffles each evening.

Positive: it is close to the city center and the bus stop. The reception staff are very kind. It is great that tea and coffee are available 24 hours a day. In addition, waffles are served every day from 5 p.m.

Location is perfect. We liked the easy access to the city. The staff is very friendly and everything is clean and cozy. Cookies and coffee/tea at the reception was amazing.

“Modest but hospitable hotel next to the city center”
Great location next to the center of Tromso. You can get to any attraction on foot. Getting to/from the airport with public bus is very easy as well. Very nice and helpful receptionists. Exceptional possibility of having tea/coffee and cookie at any time of the day - world would be better place if other hotels did it!

I like the free waffle station, kids loved it!! The fact that the place is walkable makes it easier to go around, 20 minutes away from the airport by bus.

Great location. 1,min from airport bus stop and center. 4 mins to the supermarket. Room is OK for 1 night stay. Warm room. Bathroom was ok and clean.

“Home away from home”
We stayed 5 nights all up & the staff went above & beyond to give us a “home away from home” experience. They kindly accommodated earlier checkins, a room upgrade & advice on parking. The rooms were lovely, comfortable, clean & perfect temperature. As someone who needs coffee to function, the free tea & coffee in reception was MUCH appreciated! Short walk to restaurants, activities, grocery stores & city centre.

“A very good hotel in downtown Tromso.”
The hotel location is right in city center. The people working there are friendly. I asked to modify my stay date and to add parking, they did whatever they can do to satisfy me. The bed is comfortable. The room size is good. The room was clean.
