“Ideal base for our stay”
The location was great. It was nice to have our own proper space, rather than just a hotel room. It also meant a few nights we ate in or got a takeaway which helped manage costs a bit! It was really warm and cosy after being out in the cold.

● Helpful Staff: The staff were very nice and understanding. When we explained we did not want to stay due to the conditions, they processed a refund for our unused booking without making a fuss. ● Great Location: The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the city centre. ● Complimentary Amenities: They provided hot tea, coffee, and some snacks, which was a nice touch during a stressful situation."

“Roomy apartment at central location”
Location is great, next to the main road, close to the city center. Also very convenient next to the hotel and on the ground floor. Roomy apartment and lot’s of space for 2 people. Kitchen fully equipped. Floor heating was amazing, and the entrance was nice to warm shoes and coats. Check out was originally 11am but they granted us noon! Early check in was also available!

“Legendary, magnificent, very beautiful, we recommend it to everyone.”
We stayed at an apart-hotel. It was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The young people at reception were very helpful with everything. All the electrical appliances were there and very useful. The coffee, tea, and cookies at reception were amazing. We saw the Aurora Borealis from our window during our tour. We were very pleased. Thank you for everything. We highly recommend it to anyone staying in Tromsø. We would definitely stay there again if we ever go back to Tromsø.
