Thoroughly enjoyed staying here while based in Tromso. It's obviously priced as a budget option but I still found it very comfortable. It has a great central location close to all the city's main sightseeing spots and also tour pick-ups. Very short walk to supermarkets. Reception was so kind to give us an early check-in when we arrived super early at 9am. Our room did not have a microwave but you can request one and reception will bring it to your room. I booked this hotel specifically for the kitchen in order to prepare breakfast and dinner. Shower gets nice and hot FAST and we never ever felt cold in the room.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable—like a small apartment with plenty of space for two people and large suitcases. The downtown location was perfect, within walking distance to the bus stop, pier, and all major tourist spots. Car parking (Paid) was just 5 minute walk. We also loved the complimentary ice and Nespresso coffee. However, the kitchen exhaust hood was very weak, so we were hesitant to cook anything beyond basic food.

“We really enjoyed our stay, especially the Junior Suite, the location was great and staff were fab.”
The Junior Suite was very comfortable and well equipped. The staff were very responsive to any queries and very helpful. I would definitely book the junior Suite again. The double room was a bit tired. We stayed in both.
