“Best staff ever, best location. Strongly recommend ❤️❤️”

The management and staff were exceptional. As soon as we arrived on our motorbikes outside hotel manager immediately came out to guide us to safe parking outside hotel which avoided us having to park at sister hotel. The staff went extra mile for us in all aspects of the stay: the room, the breakfast etc

Staff friendly and helpful, extras included waffles at teatime and a takeaway breakfast in lieu of breakfast we'd have missed due to an early flight home. Breakfast on-site was good, too!

Central location, walking distance from port where we disembarked from our boat. Friendly staff who let us know about the help yourselves to waffles later in the day. Great breakfast.

The room was very clean and everything was in excellent condition. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options - as a vegetarian, I was really happy with the selection. In the afternoon, guests could also enjoy coffee and fresh waffles, which made for a lovely snack. The reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout the stay.

Perfect location, great food, helpful staff

The rooms need a refresh, they are well past their time, the staff were friendly but appeared over worked. The location was great, close to everything.

“Comfortable, but not great value for money”

This hotel is in a great location, right in the centre of Tromsø and a short walk to all the main attractions, as well as a bus stop for the bus to the airport right across the street. The rooms were warm, comfortable and clean. The free afternoon waffles (17-19) were a lovely touch.

The room was extremely clean and nice with a view of the fjord. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Due to an early flight I was going to miss breakfast, so they prepared a breakfast bag for me before I left. The hotel was quiet and at a very central location.

A very smart Hotel with extreme friendly people (staff!), rooms are comfortable and include everything needed. Breakfast and coffee break is very fine.

Fabulous location and exceptional breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great view over harbour from my room and close to everything. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others. Free waffles every afternoon also a homely touch.

The hotel is well located, very close to Tromsø’s main points of interest. The reception staff were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. We were also able to park our car at another hotel from the same chain just two streets away, which was very convenient. The breakfast was good, though not particularly outstanding. A nice touch we really appreciated was the complimentary afternoon snack, which included waffles, coffee, and tea.
