Very convenient location for tours, Main Street, harbour, shops and restaurants. The staff were all welcoming and helpful. The food was excellent.

“Great location, great views”
We were fortunate enough to be upgraded to a sea view and the view was fantastic! There were two chairs in the room and we positioned them in the window and just looked out. We enjoyed the hotel breakfast and dinner, which given the prices in Tromso made the whole stay at the hotel seem super affordable. All in all we really thought this place offered great value for money and this was the best place we stayed in during our trip. Would absolutely recommend!

The staff were exceptional. So friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel was clean, comfortable and really pleasant to spend time in and around. The location was central making everything so accessible. The variety and quality of food was exceptional and plenty on offer. The dining area was really nice, nothing was rushed and conducive to sitting and relaxing after meals. You have got a great set up here.

“Overall good stay”
Location is great. Staff courteous and friendly. Food is acceptable. Coming from the UK, Norway seems very expensive. Given this, the hotel offers very good value for money with breakfast and dinner included in the rate. Also decent coffee available all day. We were given a room with a balcony overlooking the marina which we really enjoyed.

“I look forward to going back to the hotel again, it is perfectly placed and good value for money.”
The staff were all friendly, so it was a good welcome to the hotel. The coffee and cakes were a nice treat before setting off for the afternoon in town. The evening meal was superb and it was good to eat while looking out onto the people outside enjoying the walk around the harbour area. The breakfast had plenty of choice and, though it was busy, there was plenty of room to enjoy the breakfast without feeling any pressure, The views over to the bridge and the Arctic Cathedral on the other side of the bridge made it an enjoyable experience.
