“Amazing! Lovely hosts and amazing apartment!”

We felt right at home from the very beginning. The apartment is very spacious, exceptionally well-equipped, spotlessly clean, and incredibly cozy. We also particularly loved the location. It's a super quiet area with a wonderful view from the terrace. Supermarkets are just around the corner, and with a rental car, the location is the perfect base for exploring. The hosts Birger and Linn are amazing, what lovely people. They are very attentive and communicative. They gave us lots of helpful tips. Birger even speaks some German. :-) This apartment will definitely be our first choice if we ever travel to Tromsø again!

“Amazing stay, we would definitely recommend (I already have!) and return.”

The property was amazing. It was clean, a generous size and had everything we needed. We were given logs for the indoor fire which was lovely whilst it was snowing outside. The underfloor heating was a lovely touch during -degree temperatures outside. We saw the northern lights from the front door, a reindeer came to the front door, we watched the New Year’s Eve fireworks from the front door. The hosts and their family were amazing, nothing was a problem. Communication from the minute we booked to when we left were great. The host’s daughter made my son a birthday cake which was delicious, one of the sons invited my sons out to play in the snow.

“A fantastic and enjoyable stay with magnificent aurora view”

The host, Linn and Birger together with their 4 children are all very friendly and approachable. Enjoy their warmth hospitality a lot. The aurora was really magnificent in front of their house. We don't need to pay for extra tour group to chase the aurora. It is really a wonderful black and white winter - black in the sky for the 24h-7D night time and white on the horizon. Very pretty scenery in Tromsø. Will stay here again if my family to visit Tromsø again. Thank you so much, Linn, Birger and your family.

Very friendly & helpful owner

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment from November 5th to 7th in Tromsø. The hosts were absolutely lovely and welcoming. The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was very well equipped, which made it easy to cook our own meals. The apartment is also a great spot for watching the Northern Lights and a perfect base for exploring Tromsø and the surrounding area. Overall, it was a very pleasant and cozy experience — we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Tromsø!

“Excellent conditions and an extremely welcoming host.”

Everything was excellent. Great living conditions and an extremely welcoming host. Easy access to all the attractions around Tromsø, and the Northern Lights were visible right from the couch. The nearby market is very well stocked. We had the best stay so far.

The location was fantastic, such beautiful views and a really nice, safe neighbourhood. Just a short 20-minute bus ride into the main centre of Tromso and very convenient to get to and from the airport. The apartment itself is very well set up. The kitchen has every bit of equipment you could ask for, we had no problem filleting a big fish we caught and frying it up for dinner using the kitchen utensils available to us.. The air fryer was a nice surprise! 😀 The bathroom with the washing machine and tumble dryer was a big hit with us, in fact one of the main reasons we picked the apartment as we wanted to travel light and needed the option to wash our fishy clothing. There was a huge amount of storage to unpack our clothes and store our suitcases and loads of room to relax on the big couch in the living room with amazing views over the harbour and surrounding mountains. Our kids absolutely loved sledging in the hills just behind the house, taking advantage of some of the sledges offered by Linn & Berger. Overall, we couldn't have asked for anything more from a holiday apartment. Fantastic hosts who were on hand whenever we needed them and just generally really lovely people.We will definitely back!

“A cozy and convenient stay with a stunning view”

Our stay was fantastic! The house was cozy, clean, and well-equipped. We especially loved the convenient location, with a great supermarket just a 5-minute walk away. As a bonus, we were lucky enough to spot the Northern Lights right from our window! The hosts were incredibly welcoming, and the apartment offered amazing views. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Tromsø.

“Great for a group getaway!”

Everything was great. To start, the hosts were beyond kind and helpful all the time, giving recommendations and solving any enquiry regarding the place. The apartment is beautiful, all very clean, well organized and the common areas greatly suitable for a group, with a very functional kitchen and a very cozy living room. We loved watching movies in the big sofa while snowing outside!

“Fabulous apartment!”

Wow! This apartment was amazing. Truly a home away from home. The hosts were super helpful and friendly. Everything was well equipped, clean, and very comfortable. A short walk put you at the bus stop and nearest supermarket. We were lucky enough to get the first snow, and Birger was happy to let my young daughter play on the family sledge and drop off more firewood.. Overall, this apartment exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to book again. Thank you so much, Linn and Birger!

“Very good”

The day we arrived had a middle level rain, both my son and I were starving and exhausted when arriving the apartment, but Linn and Burger prepared some snacks in the apartment delighted us. The apartment was well maintained and very clean, decoration was similar to our own apartment in Shanghai which made us feel like we were at home. Linn and Burger were very nice and always standby for anything we might need.

The house is situated in a serene locality, nestled close to the mountains and the tranquility of nature, approximately 15 minutes away from the city Tromsø. The hosts of this residence were exceptionally welcoming and went out of their way to be helpful. As for the house itself, it boasts an aesthetically pleasing design, complemented by its cleanliness and a comfortably chic furnishing. For those colder days, the house features a cozy fireplace that adds warmth and ambiance. We are already looking forward to our return visit in the future and I wholeheartedly recommend this place for a memorable stay. :)
