All fine. Nice flat. For family with 2 childrens was comfortable. Just worth to mention that besides renting price additional 500 zlot size of deposit will be charged from your credit card 💳

“A very disappointing stay — the room was dirty, poorly maintained, and not as shown in the photos.”
Unfortunately, our stay at this property was very disappointing. Despite the beautiful photos, the room we received was not clean. The bed sheets had stains, hair and crumbs, and it was clear they had not been changed. There was no soap provided, and overall the room had not been properly cleaned. When we tried to contact the reception, nobody answered the phone, so we could not get any assistance. This was especially concerning for us as we were traveling with two children, one of them only one year old, and both having allergies. The condition of the room also raised concerns about hygiene and possible bedbugs. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this property, and I believe other travelers should be aware of these issues before booking.

“Apartment ok. Just need better thorough cleaning !”
There was glass over the mat and under the sofa. So I had to vacuum clean it up with a filled up vacuum cleaning bag.There was ONLY one high ball glass and Only one wine glass. When I said to the staff that this was not good about the glass on the floor, they did not care(I had a child in that room!!! and walking on broken glass!!) The Nikola apartment was not really clean at all the floor and mat were definitely not clean and I do not think the sheets were very clean, did not smell clean! The bathroom needs to have better cleaning, Seems like there was Black mogel - which is dangerous!!

Location was convenient for stay with a dog. Cable car to mountin Radhost was close - about 20 minutes on foot. Owner was very kind and helpful when I found out I accidently ordered ordinary room instead of apartment. He proivided backup refrigerator and directed us to kitchen located outside of the room.
