We enjoyed our two night stay here. We used it as a base to visit Cologne. The highlight was the breakfast and the friendly staff running the breakfast room.

“Very comfortable hotel with nice indoor pool and walking distance to the palace”
I really like the pool, especially that it was heated water and beautiful view. That made our trip, also the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The staff were very attentive and helpful and even called me to say I forgot some item in the room and they are happy to send it to me. that was great service.

The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was always a treat. Starting your morning with the breakfast team offering fresh produce, including warm eggs, mushrooms and vegetables, fresh-cut fruits and bread varieties, is exceptional. It provides a delicious start of the day.

“Very good stay”
Very good location next to the Bahnhof. Rooms were clean, breakfast was very good. The staff was helpful, they clen the room everyday.

“Really enjoyed it, and a special thanks to the lovely staff”
Staff really lovely with impressive English. Bedrooms clean and nicely presented and very quiet. Few tiny things like a broken light but nothing important. Breakfast was superb, highly recommended with lots of choice. Couple of minutes walk from the train station and right opposite the bus station so very easy to find and great for transport. There was also a table in our room and 4 chairs that was really helpful if we had a take away.
