The house was welcoming and cozy.

My only issue was the code to get into the building, it didn't work the first time, but when I contacted them vía telephone to solve the issue, the Auberge du Monde staff were able to open the door remotely for me. I would definitely recommend it.

Marco has a restaurant fridge and a full kitchen so guests can take care of themselves. Excellent place for travelling on a budget. Less than 5 minutes from the downtown and historic Rue des Ursulines. Meeting people from all over the world. The security of the place is very good. I would most definitely stay here again. Marco himself is quite personable.

This hostel is absolutely amazing! The place is clean, cozy, and fully equipped. The price is very reasonable, and the location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of downtown Trois-Rivières, making everything easily accessible.

“Good atmosphere”

Nice place, surrounded by trees and little houses. Good atmosphere and helpful staff. I tried two single rooms (with and without shower) and they were both quiet, with very comfortable beds.

“Cost hostel in Trois-Rivières”

Stayed in a comfortable private room with air conditioning and shared bathrooms. The hostel is in a heritage house and feels like you're a guest at someone's home rather than a hotel. Located an easy walking distance to the old town and the downtown area

“A gem of a place!”

It’s a heritage building really tastefully decorated. Great furniture, beautiful photos on the walls, hardwood floors throughout, antique table for dining, bay windows, balconies, big trees all around, and an incredibly well-stocked bilblioteque a block away bordering on a park! I could live at this auberge!

This hostel feels like you're at home. The bed was very confortable.

Basic accommodation being a youth hostel. Room was clean and bed confy. Private toilet and in-room separate vanity. Share kitchen. Showers in basement. Overall ok and quiet for one night stay for the price. Close to downtown.

I loved the intimacy of the lodging, the family feel of it as if you were in a private residence almost!

Finding a rent was long and hard. I stayed more than a month and had an affordable and cozy stay down town within walkable distance to everything.

Pretty basic hostel. Staff was not there during the morning. Checkout was a little unclear, but no one has made a fuss, so I guess it's OK
