Location was nice close to beach area.

Very smooth check-in process, friendly greeting by the host Tomi with a tour of the villa and amazing recommendations of what to do around the island and beyond. Many places to try amazing Croatian food right next to the property. Plenty of beaches around the island and amazing hiking opportunities. Our favourites were the Tatinje and Labadusa beaches, also some more natural ones on the other side of the Island east of Slatine. Trogir was nice to visit for even more things to do, only a 20 minute boat right away for 5€. Highly recommended to stay here for your Croatian get-away!

The accommodation is very close to Copacabana beach, the hosts are kind and willing to help you. I also used one of the washing machines. The kitchen of the apartment is equipped with everything you need. We liked the location of the accommodation the most, you had the beach 2 steps away, we went by boat-taxi to the old town of Trogir and then by another boat to Split.There are free parking spaces in front of the villa, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries are nearby.

“Brilliant stay, and a great host!”

Fantastic location, close to the marina at Okrug Gornji and the Copacabana beach. The host, Tommy, was so helpful and available to answer questions, even dropped us at a different beach one day. We felt very safe and comfortable at Kruna Grada. I'm a single mum travelling with my 2 children - feeling safe is very important to me. The apartment had powerful air-conditioning which was very necessary as the temperature was pushing 40 degrees, and a powerful shower. Extra towels and toilet rolls available to help yourself to, and free use of washing machine, which was very useful. The property was spotless inside and outside. The property is a easy taxi ride from Split airport (around 15-20mins). Guests should note that there is a street of the same name in Trogir. This property is not in Trogir itself, but across the causeway on the island of Çiovo, in Okrug Gornji. Put the postcode into Uber when getting a cab from the airport to avoid making my mistake!

The woman (Sunita) from Nepal gave the best service possible and we very needed that after a nightmare of a place we stayed in just a few days prior in Trebinje.

Tomi was such a gracious host. He was super helpful and kind. He made the best dinner recommendations and even drove us to the marina to catch our boat. He carried our luggage and had the air conditioning in the room on when we arrived. He even set up an extra bed so we didn't have to share. Villa Gruna Grada is truly the Crown of the City. It's SO CLOSE TO THE BEACH. We wish we had planned a longer stay.

It was very clean and beautiful and spacious and comfortable. There is a wonderful swimming pool outside and what we especially liked was the host who was very welcoming and helpful.

Location and staff were quite nice and friendly. The room was a bit small but funcional. Nice balcony to chill.

Great Host, offered me an upgrade on the room and allowed me a late check out. Very quick to respond to any questions via text. Good location and would return again.

The place is very clean! Staff are friendly. The facilities are amazing: pool is clean with warm water, there are plenty sun loungers, it has never been too crowded, there are plenty communal areas for bbq, dinner with friends, there are washing machines, and areas to dry laundry, towels are provided and you can change them to fresh ones at any time, baby cot provided without any additional cost, rooms are large and comfortable, bed are big and the sheets are changed regularly, there is well equipped gym and couple of places where you can cook with your friends (bigger kitchens outside), however the kitchen in the room is big enough as well and well equipped. If there were any issues (like we had locked our keys inside the room), the owner acted very quickly. I would highly recommend this place for a holiday with kids, family and friends. Owners were very friendly and keen to recommend nice places to go to, helped to book taxi. There is a clean beach very close to the place, lots of restaurants and shops. However, if you run out of soft drinks or beer, there is a fridge where you can get it and pay the owners at the end of the stay for what you have used. Great value for money

The backyard and pool was not so exciting, but everything else was perfect! Comfortable, functional and super clean. Warm, kind and helpfull and authentic staff.

“Friendly and very well located”

The host was amazing. He arranged an early check in and was very friendly and helpful. There are lots of outdoor spaces with tables and a nice pool. It is a very short walk to the main Ciovo beach and also the boat taxi to Trogir. We slept very well - the bedroom was huge and the extra bed was comfy. The shower was lovely and there are abundant towels, coffee machine, washing up liquid, cloths etc provided plus a decent fridge. There are 2 supermarkets just near the beach. We will definitely return.

Exceptionally clean, large apartment, walkable to beach, restaurants etc. Host very welcoming with nice extras like spare towels if required. Easy to explore with local buses & regular boat taxi into Trogir old town.

Great owners, no problems, very helpful. Quiet at the pool, very well equipped. In the kitchen plates, cutlery, kettle, fridge, towels in the bathroom. Very close to the beach. Possibility of late check-out.

“Lovely”

Wanted for nothing. Simple but extremely clean and well looked after. Able to use facilities (pool/shower) after checkout until our flight (evening). Owners v friendly and keen to help wherever needed. Would definitely recommend for a quick visit to Trogir.
