The apartments exceeded all our expectations — the beds are extremely comfortable and cozy, making rest and recovery perfect. Cleanliness is of the highest standard: every detail is well thought out and perfectly maintained. The equipment in the apartment is modern and high-quality, covering absolutely all needs — from kitchen appliances to the little details that make the stay truly comfortable. The location is excellent — everything you might need for relaxation and entertainment is close by, yet the place feels peaceful and private. It's really cool that there's a Maximarket nearby. Special mention goes to the owners — incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive people, always ready to help and make sure guests feel at home. Their care and hospitality create a truly special atmosphere. We sincerely recommend Holiday Luxury Resort Sundance to anyone who values comfort, quality, and warm hospitality. We will definitely come back again!

Fantastic apartment. lovely roof terrace. loved the pool and gym. I think it’s probably the best choice in the area with the biggest pool. really well equipped.

The pool was lovely, the ice machine was very useful, rooftop area was lovely and living room and kitchen were well equipped.

Our stay was truly exceptional. The accommodation, as well as the pool area, was clean and offered pretty much everything one needs - hosts made an effort to combine luxury with practicality: comfortable beds, more than enough linen, lovely towels, spacious bathroom with a large shower, well stocked kitchen, hi-tech appliances, television and air conditioning in every room, as well as all the smaller utensils and appliances you may need (hair dryer, ice maker, iron…) Although the pool is shared by five villas, the pool area is big enough not to feel crowded and there are plenty of deck chairs. There is also plenty of parking space at the venue itself. Rooftop terrace is, especially, a great area to relax in the evening. The hosts were very obliging and considerate, they provided all the local info to have the best stay possible - where to shop, directions to best beaches…We would definitely recommend :)

“Affordable luxury in a great location.”

The property is fantastic! 2 bedrooms on the ground floor where it is cooler. Main bathroom and an outside terrace, washing machine also on this floor. 1st floor has kitchen / sitting room and a balcony terrace. Huge TV, dishwasher, ice machine, fridge/freezer and a toilet. Roof terrace has sun beds, chairs and table - great for the evenings or morning yoga! The kitchen has high quality appliances - cooker, oven, microwave and has everything you'll need (except egg cups!). Air-conditioning throughout the house. WIFI throughout the house and at the pool. The pool is about 12 metres long and is immaculate (salt water so no chlorine eyes). Beds etc enough for all guests in the 5 houses and plenty of space for everyone. It is lit at night for evening swims. The exercise room has a running machine, cycle machine and multigym and is airconditioned. A couple of yoga mats would have been a good addition... Anita, who looks after the property is excellent, quick to answer messages and does a great job keeping the place immaculate. The location is great. A few minutes walk down the beach areas at Okrug Gornji with bars and restaurants. Small supermarkets just around the corner with larger Lidl etc a 15 minute drive away. There is a water bus from Okrug harbour to the delightful old town of Trogir (10 minutes, 30 kuna). Tours to the islands, water sports etc all available from the harbour and beach areas.
