“Excellent!”

We had an amazing time staying at this modern, family-run apartment managed by Josip and his wonderful family. It’s the perfect place for families with children. The apartment was spotless, and the beautiful pool area was a great spot to relax and unwind. The location is excellent—just a short walk to several lovely restaurants, with the beach practically on your doorstep. There’s also a charming little ice cream shop right next to the apartment that serves delicious coffee. Josip was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He gave us great local recommendations and even organized a fantastic boat trip to the nearby islands. The apartment is only a 15-minute drive from the airport, making it very convenient. We highly recommend this place for a relaxing and memorable holiday!

“Absolutely superb!”

The hosts (Josip and Marijana) are extremely kind and thoughtful; we had an amazing time. The property is just by the sea - you can essentially go to the beach directly from the apartment. Extremely child-friendly, with a beautiful playground, and heated pool - both kids and us parents just loved it. The apartment was brand new, clean and very well equipped. Bonus points: right next to the property there's a boat taxi pier - 10 mins boat ride to center Trogir. So beautiful!

The place is absoultly perfect! appartment is big, spacious, well equipped, has 2 bathrooms, super clean, and has 2 balconies with amazing sea view. the building is small, 2 more holiday appartments, outside there is an infinity pool and going out of the gate you are at the beach! Josip is a super host, always helpful and caring, and his wife Marianna makes wonderful breakfests. we were sad to leave after 2 nights and waiting to come back next summer!

“Great stay directly at the sea”

We had a wonderful time at Sea Apartments! The location is perfect — right by the sea — and the apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped. There’s also a pool and sun loungers, which made our stay even more relaxing. What truly made the difference was Josip, the owner. He was exceptionally warm, kind, and helpful — a truly outstanding host who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Thank you, Josip, for your amazing hospitality. Highly recommended!

“Memorable stay with beautiful views”

We had a wonderful stay at Apartments Sea. Josip is a fantastic host who couldn't help us enough. We enjoyed his beautiful breakfasts (especially the porridge) and there was never anything that was too much trouble. He has the perfect balance of being there when you need him but also giving you your own space. We arrived late and he and his lovely wife picked us up at the airport, he also took my husband back a few days later to collect a hire car as we were travelling on from here to Zagreb, stopping by the lakes enroute. Our apartment was very clean and decorated in a simple, modern style which suited us. Beds were very comfortable and it's very quiet at night. The views are amazing and to sit by the pool and look out on that view is simply heaven. The pool is a perfect temperature- there are floaties/balls etc and a lovely play area with sofas- and it's just a few steps to the beach. I had brought rock shoes for the beach but we didn't use them as it's a fine golden gravel. I thought we'd go into Trogir most nights to eat but there are plenty of choices beside the apartment, from pizza to really good seafood restaurants, it was easy to get a table even in high season (weekends a bit more difficult so book for those or go early, we visited in early August). There's a great pizzeria at the campsite too and a little store for daily necessities. We went into Trogir twice, the taxi boat leaves from right beside the apartment. We also went into Split - Josip told us a good spot to park. He also arranged a speed boat trip to the islands with our own driver, which was a highlight of our trip, the sea is crystal clear and we had a truly wonderful day. A memorable holiday, highly recommend the area and the apartment! I very much hope we will return!

Josip & his wife Marianna were the perfect hosts. Made you feel like part of their family. Apartment Sea is beautiful and location ideal. From great breakfasts, arranging trips to Trogir, Split, Krka NP, Sibenik and Primosten as well as Josip personally greeting us at the airport & doing our transfers. You could not have asked for more. It was our first time visiting Croatia & we hope to return next year and stay with this lovely family. Thank you 🥰

The apartment was stylish but not cold, it felt homey with very good mattress, spacious living room, powerful shower and no noise.Waking up to an open sea in front of you, what else would you want? There are only two apartments built on the premises so the whole stay felt very private yet our host Josip did not fail to go above and beyond during our weekly stay and without being intrusive by being there at the right time to guide us or offer his help with anything. I am not exaggerating (and by the way not related to him!!!) but he is the most considerate and helpful host we ever had anywhere really: car drop off and collection to nearest town, driving us to the supermarket, checking everywhere for the most challenging food souvenir ever even when we didn't ask him too, helping us make reservations locally and very transparent too... really top-notch host. Breakfast was lovely by the sea, and the porridge was a winner (our kids are now demanding 'Josip's special porridge' and they never liked it before!!). Premises were very safe. The garden and swimming area are just fab and there is a tiny fisherman village only 5min walking down the seafront road with a handful of restaurants. Beaches are small, crystal water pebbled stones, which make small 'coves' all along the sea front promenade, brilliant spot for Children and to visit lovely cities such as Trogir,Split, Rogoznika, Primosten..all less than 30min away by car (Troig 2min). We didn't know this spot in Croatia and surely will be back next year!

Fabulous waterfront apartment. Our super friendly host Josip was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Apartment Sea is beautifully presented with gorgeous bathrooms comfortable beds and lovely linen. Breakfast was included and was delicious and generous and served on the balcony overlooking the sparkling Adriatic Sea.

“Perfect place!”

Location absolutely beautiful right next to the sea, only a short walk from restaurants etc. Our kids loved the pool & play area. Everything spotlessly clean. Apartment, was very nicely decorated and comfortable with everything you would need. The balcony has stunning views over the sea, perfect to sit and have a drink. The hosts Josip & family are absolutely amazing, nothing is a problem. Absolutely fantastic hosts. Hope to come back soon!!!

we loved everything:) The sea is only one step away,lovely pool and jacuzzi. The old town is only 40 minutes walk but there is an option to get a taxi boat if you don’t want to walk . Nice restaurants around ,lively atmosphere in the little harbour .

“Excellent Apartment with Perfect Sea View”

Our stay was very enjoyable! Our host Josip is very kind. He knew that we didn't have a car and he picked us up at the airport and sent us to the airport on the day we departed. He helped us booking some popular boat tours and national park day tour with a relatively cheaper price. He also recommended us some nice restaurants and giving us several tips to visit nearby tourist attractions. The location of the apartment is just perfect. The pier where people can take taxi boat to Trogir old town is very close to us within few mins walking distance. (ca. 10 mins to go to old town with boat). Restaurants which offer tasty local food are just within 5 minutes away on foot. Beaches are with direct access which are just right opposite to the house through the private gate to go out. Daily breakfast is included and it's what we look forward to every morning because it's very delicious especially the seasonal fruits oatmeals. Our apartment is located on the first floor which has a stunning sea view , as well as pool view. It's just an enjoyment to sit at the balcony and do nothing. The infinity pool and jacuzzi are well maintained. Everything in the apartment is very modern and well decorated. Netflix is even provided. We could Netflix and chill after enjoying the pool.
