The location is great, being central to the island and easy to find. The position is generally very quiet. We liked the sound of peacocks calling at night! The accommodation was comfortable and convenient. We enjoyed the layout and access to a private pool. The pool was cleaned and checked unobtrusively, early in the morning. The gated property gave privacy and security. A great place for two. Hand-over of the keys was straight forward. Contact of the supervising host was by text and she quickly responded to messages.

Perfect Family Getaway – Peaceful, Private, and Packed with Everything You Need! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Villa Laian – it exceeded our expectations in every way. As a family of four with two children (ages 7 and 10), the villa was simply perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the peaceful surroundings and how private the property felt. The kids immediately made a beeline for the pool, which became their favourite hangout every day – especially when it lit up beautifully at night. The outdoor space is stunning: olive trees, a lovely garden, and plenty of space to relax or play. We especially loved the BBQ area and the shaded terrace for al fresco meals and morning coffee. Inside, the villa is spotless, modern, and really well thought out. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed (and more), and having a washer and dryer was a real bonus for a family holiday. The beds were large and super comfortable, and the blackout blinds made for excellent sleeps – even for the kids! The gym was a great surprise – not just a token setup but a proper, functional space, and there’s even a lovely area outside it that was perfect for morning stretching or a bit of yoga before the day got started. What stood out most was the overall sense of calm. The villa is located in a quiet area that felt very safe, and it gave us the ideal mix of quality family time and relaxing downtime. It’s also a great base for exploring Fuerteventura – beaches, supermarkets, and restaurants were all within easy reach by car. The host was friendly, responsive, and clearly cares a lot about making sure guests feel welcome and comfortable. It really felt like a home away from home – only with sunshine, space, and a private pool! We wouldn’t hesitate to return and are already recommending Villa Laian to friends and family. “Relaxing and super chilled”

We loved how much room there was and how private and secluded it was. Loved the pool and jacuzzi especially lit up at night. Kitchen had everything you needed. The villa was spotless on arrival and the host was responsive to messages. Towels and swimming towels were provided. Bedrooms had more than enough storage, was like having a dressing room too! Loved the gym and the patio outside the gym for yoga. Loved that there were lots of places to sit in and outside the villa. Its perfect if you want a complete chilled holiday and a base to explore the island. Best supermarket was the spar at Atlantica shopping centre 10 mins in car. Best restaurant was the barcelo italian at the marina 10 mins in car.
