“Great villa with breathtaking views”

The location was great for exploring the south of crete and also Rythemnon. The villa is very private with great views from everywhere on the mountains and the sea. Its nice to have multiple balconies, you could pick spots in the sun or shade. We were with 2 persons but the villa was really spacious enough to accomodate a family of 4 persons. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfy as well as the shower. To me these are important points for a home away from home. Hopefully people will treat it as such as you do see some wear and tear here and there. The outside area is great, nice big swimmingpool that we made use of almost daily in a greatly taken care of garden with nice plants. We had a great holiday and although we did not get to meet the hosts in person they were very responsive and we were treated by them with fruits, snacks and their home made drinks like wine and raki, which was very much appreciated!! :) thankyou

We had the most incredible stay at the villa, the location was breathtaking with stunning views of the Sean and mountains all around! The villa had everything we could possibly want, a fully equipped kitchen a cozy living area and comfortable bedrooms, every detail had been thoughtfully considered. The owners were very welcoming and treated us with some of their local produce! We cannot recommend this villa enough!

The view is amazing and there are plenty places you can sit and relax to enjoy it, or read a book. From the two balconies on the second floor, two terraces next to the house, or when sitting under one of the parasols next to the pool. The place is very peaceful and the beautiful beaches are only a few minutes away.

“Great stay in mountains retreat but not far from the seaside”

The place has stunning views from everywhere. It was so great to have a meal looking at mountains and stars! Kids particularly liked the swimming pool. The house in traditional style is spacious and has all needed amenities for a 1-week stay. The host was easily contactable by Whatsapp, she brought some very nice organic products, thanks for that :) You have to be prepared that there is no shop within walking distance. The nearest taverna is in 10 mins walk down the road, highly recommended. A big selection of gorgeous beaches is available within 10-20 mins driving.

1. There is a lot of space inside the villa and on its territory. 2. The villa is really well equipped. It includes dishwasher and drying machine. 3. The views are insanely breathtaking! 4. Everything was absolutely perfectly clean. 5. The villa is easily accessible from road. No dirt roads or 30 degree slopes. 6. Despite that villa is located on the south of Crete, northern beaches are also within reach by car. 7. Absolutely lovely tavern Filenia where we left a piece of our hearts is 1 km down the road. 8. Almost absolute privacy. The hosts, Evaggelia and Lefteris, are very hospitable. They even provided us with hen eggs from their own farm, some fruits and raki. Absolutely must visit place is Triopetra beach.

“Fantastic, relaxing time”

The location of the house was perfect for us as we don't like crowded places and big hotels. The houses here are very distant from each other, which ensures perfect peace. You need a car to go to the beach, shopping or nearby tavernas. It is true that there are two villas for rent next to each other, but their construction has been planned in such a way that guests do not disturb each other. There is a beautiful garden all around with a swimming pool, sun loungers and toys for children. The house is sufficient for a family with two children or two couples. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a very spacious bathroom with shower. Each bedroom has a terrace with a wonderful view. the beds are very comfortable. There is air conditioning that you can set for minimal cooling and quiet operation. It was a perfect place for us, as we have always avoided loud and party places. But it's all small things. The most important in this are the owners, Evaggelia and Lefteris and their daughter Kadiani. Everyone is extremely friendly and cares about their guests. They provided us with eggs, watermelons, tomatoes and grapes. We liked them very much. We will miss you!!!! Thank you so much!!!
