“A wonderful haven!”

Beautifully designed, in keeping with the local environment. Loved the olive trees surrounding the place. Really comfortable and fantastic aircon. Nikos very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyable holiday for our first time in Crete. We had a week of busyness exploring the cities and sites in the North, followed by relaxing at Litiniana villas. Was great and special thanks to Nikos who made us feel that we got to know the place a bit, as guests rather than tourists.

Beautifully renovated properties with stunning views and warm and friendly host, Nikos. The house was perfectly clean and pool is an added bonus and we loved the peace and quiet. We hope to come back and perhaps reserve all 3 houses for the family.

Incredible stay at this cosy place - it was an awesome trip and a perfect landlord - nothing missing and exceptional tips - we would love to return.

Well, this is exactly the home we'd like to live in. A big living room/kitchen with sofa in front of a fireplace, then bedrooms upstairs. Embedded in a quiet countryside, surrounded by peace and ulive trees. There is also a pool, but when you are in front of Triopetra seawaters there is no match, so we neglected the pool... There are wild cats too, it is obvious, so if you love them this is your definitive stay. It should be a beautiful place in fall and winter and spring too, I think you would enjoy the warm climate of South Crete... We wish to thank our host, kind and available! Some suggestions: add a hook to hold the shower head, maybe lower the maximum temperature of hot water because it is really hot and could be dangerous and add some extra mosquito loose curtains on doors (windows already have a mosquito net!) - mosquitoes are the back side of countryside :-) Another advice: from Booking.com site is not clear whether bed sheets are provided or not - they definitively are, and of great quality too!
