Staying at Walkers Hostel was a lovely experience on so many levels! The family and especially Vini, who runs the place, is incredibly kind and helpful.. The rooms are really nice and everything is very clean. All the good restaurants and beach bars are in walking distance. Absolutely recommend :))

The best thing of the guest house is the localisation. Very good located next to the beach (7 min by walk). Restaurants near. The staff is Kind. The breakfast is correct with bread, jam, butter, egg and tea. The room are not really spacious, not luminous, the tap was broken, no hot water in the shower, the fridge is very dirty... Some details to change would be appreciated. The price remains correct. It's ok for 1 or 2 nights but not for a long stay.

“Good place for a couple if you’re travelling on a budget”
Nice Place close to Uppuveli Beach. The Owners helped us with renting a scooter, they have a laundry service and they offer you help whenever you need. The common area was nice as well and you had many option to just relax. For that little money the price is totally fine.

-Vini, is helpful, engaging & a good communicator. -The dorms and rooms are cleaned regularly. -Access to the refrigerator & kitchen is a welcome addition . -It is a short walk to the beach & many restaurants. -The family is friendly & It is easy to meet other travellers there. -The hostel has a quiet & relaxed atmosphere.

Low budget place with corresponding standard. For a very good price you get nice and helping staff (thank you!) and quiet locality. No air condition, just a ventilator. Water was not hot, but warm enough. Many possibilities for dinner in surroundings.

“Great for those on a shoestring budget”
Incredibly cheap accommodation. The hosts were both lovely. Decent bed and it seemed like it would be a social atmosphere during the tourist season. Very good WiFi.
