The hotel was close to the beach and there were many landmark around it so it was very convenient also the hotel has 10/10 food and they had loads of options which just made our holiday even better

“Lovely views, reasonable price, just check for temple activity in advance.”
I booked a night in this hotel because it is only a short distance from the local airport and I was catching a small plane to Colombo with Cinnamon Air. The hotel was on the waterfront with great views across the harbour. It had kerbside appeal and looked good on arrival. There was a restaurant in the hotel, so it was easy to get a relatively cheap and tasty evening meal and the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. They booked me a tuk tuk to take me to the airport the following day, they were careful with the food they prepared ensuring it didn’t contain any chilli (allergy), and came promptly to replace the kettle when it fused the electricity in my room leaving me without power briefly. Overall it was very reasonable for the price.

The food and presentation were excellent. Trincomalee Beach is just a five-minute drive away. The manager and staff are kind and helpful. The manager arranged our entire stay all perfectly. 👌

We were really pleased with our stay at Villa Hotel as it is a very nice hotel, modern and with all the facilities needed.The location of the hotel is great and close to everything.Great breakfast as well.Great value hotel with friendly reception staff who are always willing to help.The room was valued for money and perfect.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. I would like to extend my gratitude especially to Viroshan at reception who went out of his way to make sure I was OK and that my needs were met. The hotel has a great member of staff in Viroshan - honest, sincere, and extremely professional. Other members of staff were also great to deal with. Location was great, near all the amenities and a short distance away from the sights and beaches. The rooftop has great views as well.
