“Exceptional”
This resort is phenomenal. Watching the sunsets on the beach was a favourite of ours, sand just stretched for miles down the coast and we were the only ones on that beach. The staff were also so kind and accommodating, they sorted anything we needed out, Tuk tuks to Tricomolee, diving, snorkeling etc etc The seafood BBQ on the beach was the highlight for us after a few drinks at the beach bar for sunset the BBQ was phenomenal. 10/10 cannot recommend more

Incredible getaway. It has a private clean beach and the kindest staff. We arrived super early in the morning and they did their best to accommodate an early check in. Staff members were super attentive and food was good.

Everything about this property was top notch. From the warm welcome with a twist (writing our wishes and adding them to the Wish Tree in reception), to the attentive service across the board, to the excellent food. The rooms were phenomenal - big, spacious, comfortable. The staff did everything they could to accommodate a late check-out request, and went above and beyond to arrange two birthday cakes for two birthdays. The dinner on the beach was outstanding. Can't wait to come back for longer.

“Peaceful beach stay”
Lovely well thought out property, villa was very nice. We had the beach villa, and although these villas are closest to the beach they did not have beach views. Which was ok, but surprised us. Beach bar was fun, service team delightful and food excellent. Breakfast was delicious.

We loved the genuine effort made by every member of staff to ensure we were comfortable during our entire stay. Always present in the background like a host of angels, there is no better way of describing them. Ishara, Mithila and Fais are the names I remember, but that doesn’t mean that the rest of the staff are any less wonderful. This is a fairly large set up but it felt as if we had the place to ourselves, as if there were only a few other guests at the resort. We had a jungle cabin, and the level of privacy was very high. The room was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The only regret I had was that we had to have the airconditioning on all night - but that is because of a very personal preference to sleep with open windows. The breakfast was a wonderful begin to each day, with great variety, and delicious coffee and fresh juices. We were on à la carte and enjoyed every meal at the main restaurant as well as a memorable one at the beach outlet. We had a dip in the sea, walked on the (super clean) beach with beautiful black sand, and swam in the lovely pool to cool off in the late afternoon. Lots of monkeys, birds and other small wildlife providing unexpected entertainment. This was the most enjoyable holiday I’ve had at a Sri Lankan hotel in the last ten years. Hope to come back for more ….

Great location. Fabulous staff. Very comfortable and nicely done room. The food at the beach bar was delicious. The beach is pristine and beautifully empty.

Lovely big room with very attractive furnishings. The food was patchy - some good some not so good. The staff were lovely. Pool area lovely and the beach facilities were great (weather was not good which meant we couldn’t sit on the lovely sun loungers with a pina colada!)
