The staff was very helpful and friendly, the rooms were amazing: very clean! Location was good, away from the really touristy places but in reach of them!

This hotel is a lovely family-run place. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel completely at home. I changed my travel dates several times, and they handled everything with such kindness, flexibility, and professionalism. What impressed us most: Any questions or wishes we had were fulfilled immediately – always with a smile and genuine warmth. This family truly found a place in my heart. Saying goodbye was emotional — they’ve become like part of our own family. If I ever return to Trinco, I will definitely stay at this hotel again. We’re already looking forward to seeing them again!

The people there were really really friendly and helped us a lot to plan our time in trincomalee and our ongoing trip! When we arrived there was a wedding and we could have lunch for free from the buffet, that was so good! We really enjoyed our stay at sss hotel, it was a really good price for a really nice accommodation.

The hotel is very close to the beach, have comfy beds and nice balcony arround. The reception guy was veryvery kind and we could order everyday coffee, and even when we had a earlymorningbus, he drived us at 4am to the bussstation for a normal price
