“Very Good.”
Breakfast was good. Not expensive. One lady called mary was particularly nice and helpful. Always helpful I would say. Chef's cooking was good. Althogh we did not laways get what we asked for. I think you have to order well in advance. Location is close to the beach. There is a swimming pool which is good.

“Ignorance ,dirty and bad smell.”
Room is dirty.No TV as stated in booking.lk.Very poor communication .Pool is disgusting. Very first word from manager asked me to check out before 11am.Felt like ignorance and they are not willing to talk to customer. Bunch of other customers seated in my lounge area.No one at guest to control customer concerns.I never ever book this hotel again.with customer feedback I booked .Probably its good for foreigners.These staff should understand how they should treat locals when they are surviving these days with locals money.Money is money .Staff should understand local customers don't like to recive these arrogants when they pay ssme as foreigners. Rather good to promote foreignes who is coming from east europe(who is using buses and spending very less than locals).Its dissatisfied.
