Exactly as advertised. Looks just like the pictures. Immaculate. Very clean and safe beach for swimming. Very organized from check in to check out process. Clear communication from Rory and Elaine regarding all processes well in advance of arriving. Tip for travelers - read all the info you will be sent. Though staff are on hand you will probably not need to contact them during your stay as your questions will be answered in the info given

Super ocean view with great sunrises! Apart is big enough and very convenient, excellent quiet place for relax. Owner and staff are very friendly and attentive. We liked to stay there though it wad even not a season at all

“Wonderful stay”
The pictures don’t do this justice. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and has every amenity you could wish for. From the start communication with Rory was excellent. The apartment was wonderful, the service staff were on hand to help with any question. The pool was warm, good size, clean. The apartment has direct access to a clean, calm beach- ideal for wading and easy swim. We tried the food from the apartment restaurant which was decent and Diving Guru next door- yum and atmospheric. All in all a wonderful stay and more comfortable than most upmarket hotels. Thank you Rory and Elaine- we can’t wait to come back

We loved the large luxury bedrooms, large balcony with lots of furniture, and the views of the sea and the pool. The kitchen was equipped with all the neccessities. Also the staff were friendly and patient. Rory was always contactable for any further requests. Overall a lovely stay, definitely would recommend!

“Wonderful”
We’ve had a wonderful time in this condo. They have really thought of everything. Comfortable beds. A well stocked kitchen where everything worked, including a washing machine. We spent most of our time on the wonderful balcony! Staff was also very pleasant and helpful. Only downside was we didn’t want to leave!!!

“Amazing apartment in perfect location!”
This apartment is spectacular! It is very spacious for 6 people and beautifully decorated. The facilities include all that you need for a relaxing stay and the location overlooking the pool and the ocean is fabulous. The balcony is very large and has outdoor furniture of all types to eat or relax on. It was literally perfect for us and we didn’t want to leave!

We stayed there at the end of our journey for one week. It was super clean, and the apartments have all you are asking for. The owner was very nice and caring (as our daughter became sick) he helped us to get to see a doctor... The beach in front if the apartment ist marvelous, the staff nice, also the little restaurant served nice food. To go shopping we took a Tuktuk to Trincomalee. We went snorkeling to Pigeon Island and saw turtles, sharks, plenty of colorful fish. We visited Memos next to the apartment for a snack or coffee and Vitamin Sea for food... We could have spent more time there and really felt like home.
