Very nice and helpful staff. Great location. Also they have a kitchen in the garden so I could make my tea, coffee and little cooking. The room it's big with enough space. Big respect for the garden 🏡

We had a wonderful stay at the Lobster Inn.Thines was a wonderful host who takes great pride in providing the best service. His garden is relaxing and tranquil and the perfect place to sit in the evening. Its in a perfect location within 50 meters of the beach and Fernando's Bar. We highly recommend.

“Little oasis by the sea”
I was in the right-hand corner room, and everything was spotless. A beautiful painting on the wall added to the experience. The garden was stunning and very well maintained, and it didn't feel like hot Trincomalee. The host, Thines, was very nice and always ready to help. It was just a 1-minute walk to the beach, where you can find nice cafes, restaurants, and friendly people.

“Garden Oasis by the beach”
This accommodation is a wonderful place! From the moment we got there, we felt super comfortable. The room was quite spacious and clean. The garden is beautiful. There’s a small table on the terrace in front of each room and a shared kitchen and fridge you can use. Located just 100m from the beach, the location is perfect!

Location is perfect. There is a kitchen and a fridge available to use. Would recommend you to consider rooms with AC, as it is impossible to air out the room with just a fan on the hot nights.

“Excellent place to stay”
Totally perfect place to stay!! The host is really kind and helpful caring about all your stay. Rooms are big, clean with small touch of art which make it so cozy and all guesthouse is surrounded by beautiful plants. Nice note, this guest house has a kitchen which you can use and also is possible to refill potable water for small charge. The location is in calm place not even 1min walking to the beach and just behind the corner several restaurants with great food ( big recommendation for Ceylon Tamilan Restaurant - great local meal and juice!!). Also Fruit show just 10min walk.

“Beautiful stay right by the beach”
Honestly, everything about this place was perfect - couldn't fault it. The host was exceptional, incredibly kind and welcoming. The place was beautiful and so serene - and the room was very comfortable. Proximity to the beach was an added plus as it was only a few minutes walk.

A sweet little room with my own terrace situated in a beautiful lush garden. Comfortable bed, warm shower, good Wi-Fi. Very clean. The manager was very helpful and friendly. The guesthouse is very close to the beach and to the cafes and restaurants in the area. Very peaceful and enjoyable stay

“A must stay!”
We had such a great stay at Lobster Inn that what was meant to be a 2-night visit turned into 6 nights! The room was lovely and excellent value for money — clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made us feel very welcome. One of the absolute highlights is the location: just a one-minute walk to a beautiful beach, ideal for swimming and unwinding. We also loved the friendly dogs at the property — such a sweet touch that made it feel even more homely. There are also some really nice coffee spots nearby, which was a big bonus for slow, relaxed mornings. Amazing place. Beautiful, comfortable, clean and a great setting. Location is really good, so close to the beach and several decent restaurants. Thines is a lovely host and really helpful with everything you could need locally.

Highly recommend this place. You are 1’ walk from the beach. The room is spacious and very clean! they also have a basic kitchenette if you want to cook your own food.

“Peaceful and relaxing.”
We had a very relaxing 3 day's at the Lobster Inn, it is set within a beautiful garden and 1 minute walk from the beach. There is lots of original art work all around. Thines is lovely and very helpful with any problems or questions you might have. We can highly recommend Lobster Inn for a relaxing stay.

The location was amazing, right next to the beach. Staff were kind and welcoming. Beautiful garden. Useful to have use of the stove and fridge.
