The room was by far the most beautifully furnished one I have experienced in Sri Lanka in my budget category so far — and I have now been travelling through Sri Lanka for about half a year. I especially liked the thick duvet; it almost felt like being at home. What deserves special mention is the care and honesty of the owner. Only late in the evening after my departure did I realize that I had forgotten a small bag with money in the room. I contacted Elena, the bag was found, and I was able to pick it up again after another five-hour journey. I would like to express my sincere thanks for that once more.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt incredibly comfortable from the moment we arrived. The staff was warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The location was perfect — peaceful yet convenient to explore nearby attractions. The accommodation was clean and bright. It had a nice hot shower although this did wet the bathroom floor when used. We removed the duvet from the cover in order to sleep at night without the air-conditioning on just using the fan which was a win-win for a peaceful night and the environment! The apartment had a porch with comfortable furniture and was surrounded by greenery so we had birds, birdsong, squirrels but also some mosquitoes! The accommodation was within an easy walk of the main road which had a supermarket, bakery and fruit and veg shop. It was also a short walk from the beach where we had free use of the sun lounges at Hawaii. We had very good meals out in the evening at both Hawaii and Blue Sands where they had tables on the beach in the breeze keeping us cool as well as the insects away. Elena was fantastic and helpful with everything.

“Natural stay close to the beach”

The position is very close to the beach, restaurants and bars. The room was very clean. Elena provided for us a beach bag and beach towels, much appreciated.

Elena is a very friendly host who took the trouble off organising our snorkeling trips. The rooms were nicely decorated in cute light colours. And the beach was only a minute away

It was fabulous at Elena's stay. Since the numbers are so clean and cozy thought out before every little things, Elena also carries out to help with a transfer and it is very inexpensive you come here and absolutely do not think about anything, she will think about all trifles any whims. Any whims Elena is a very big well done I also want to add that it is very disappointing for Elena those people who put low points you don’t understand where you are going to see how much work is invested, she is constantly doing something in the garden. The territory where I want to sit on the terrace and drink tea and enjoy silence, many thanks to her it was an unforgettable vacation, I will recommend this place all, only here if you want a small paradise !!!!

“Lovely stay at Elena's”

Elena was a lovely host. Her artwork in the rooms was colourful, the rooms had everything you need, even beach towels, a beach bag and night robes Elena kindly did some art and craft with our children, painting beach rocks, coconuts and shells.

The room was spacious, colourful and very clean with a nice big shower room and hot water. Everything worked as it should including the air con and fan. Elena has thought to provide Everything you might need for the stay including separate beach towels and a bag to carry them in.

A very comfortable, quiet and friendly place to stay. Elena has thought of all little touches in the room to make your stay more comfortable. Beach towels, beach bag, wrap gown. Good hot water(didn’t need), good a/c fan, outdoor sitting area and hammock. Good breakfast, Full English or Sri Lankan breakfast, both good. Welcome juice on arrival. Elena has arranged with the beach cafe Hawaii that guest can use there sun lounges. Close walk to beach away from the noise of bars.
