Important to mention flexibility of the check in time. Also the staff is super B. It has a big and bright open space. The room is ok, the shower has a hot water thanks to installed water heater. The balcony facing a back yard with the view on the tenple; it's not loud at nights or during the day. The room door isolation can be improved.

The parking spaces at this building are insufficient.

Such friendly staff - they were so accommodating and kind! The room itself was very large - the bed was comfy, the AC and fan worked really well and there wasn't an issue with mosquitoes. The ability to make tea was great and the location was perfect for exploring the market, temples and getting to the train station the next day! Also, the view from the room is really cool!

Cozy, clean and spacious room. The air conditioning worked very well and the balcony shared with other rooms was spacious. I reccomend!

Clean room, no cleaning of change of sheets during the week (that would give a higher score) but appreciated that there was fridge and also a washer that all could use.

“Clean comfortable room close to city center.”

The location is close to the busstation, which suited us. We only stayed one night and just needed a place to sleep. Building looks like an office building, hotel is on the third floor. Rooms are big enough, clean have ac. Staff was friendly, helpful and responded very quickly to questions through the messaging service of booking.com. If you are in Trincomalee for the beach, I think there are better options, but for us it was great.
