Very comfortable and clean rooms, and exactly as they look in the pictures. Very nice breakfast as well. Everything was great and I would recommend!

The host, Prabha, was amazing. He was very very sweet and helpful. The view from the hotel is really good and it is definitely value for money.

Quiet location but not too far off from the town. But really close to the wonderful beach, less than 5 mins walk to experience sunrise. Comfortable beds, strong showers (though it might not be the heated one but it’s so hot in Trinco it doesn’t matter) and friendly hosts. Had dinner both nights and seafood was fresh. Would stay here again if I’m back in Trinco.

“Loved it so much we stayed an extra two days!”

It was clean comfortable, with beautiful sea views from the terrace. A 50 m walk to the beach. There was a hot water shower which worked but we did t need it. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was some building going on behind the hotel but that didn’t disturb us. They were able to organise some laundry for us too. The food was excellent, especially the tuna steaks which you need to order in advance and are subject to availability but definitely worth the wait. The whole fish were also amazing! We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again. BTW there is a double USB charger in the room which we only found at the end of our stay so no adapters were needed to charge your phone!

Excellent location right on the beach, about half way between town and the more touristy section. Friendly staff and delicious food, I recommend the tuna steak if they have it in stock! The beach dogs are very friendly here too

“Excellent quiet hotel near the beach”

The staff were helpful with transport and places to visit, and friendly. The rooms were large, clean, comfy, well appointed, and the Sri Lankan breakfast was excellent value. The hotel sits about 40 m off the beach and the sand here is relatively clean. It's a 60p tuk tuk ride to town or the restaurants at Alles Garden.

Great room, really spacious, bright and well lit. The fridge with reasonable priced beers was very welcome. The balcony picks up the sea breezes, and the beach is within view and only a few minutes walk away. Our hosts were really helpful. Breakfast was lovely. This is a very good area to stay in - away from the more touristy bit of Uppaveli, close to Trincomalee town, and with a really interesting, safe swimming beach used by fishermen.

Located right off the beach. The gentleman who runs the place is very friendly and has a good heart. We only had breakfast but they offer lunch/dinner. The breakfast was decent but selection could be better. The rooms were exceptionally clean even though they were a bit on the smaller side. But the bathroom was large. I would book again.

“A wonderful beachfront hotel”

A wonderful beachfront hotel with kind, attentive staff. The rooms on the upper floors have great sea views, including sunrise over the ocean. The food offer is quite good and very well prepared. Aircon and fan are available, as well as tea and coffee making facilities.

“Beach property in a perfect spot”

Very close to the beach as the name implies. Very spacious room and clean bathroom. Breakfast not included but reasonably priced with a choice of western or Sri Lankan food. Lunch and dinner are also available on request with a good choice of dishes. Everyone is very friendly and going out of their way to make sure you have a comfortable stay.

Clean, bright, big room, plenty of outdoor seating, friendly staff, meters from the beach and the food was amazing
