“Lovely pool, near the beach”
The hotel was exactly what we were looking for on a budget. Close to the beach with a lovely clean pool. Good sized room. Bathroom could do with a bit of updating but nothing major. Comfy bed, lovely sea view too. Just a short Tuk Tuk ride to Fernandos - fab cafes on the beach.

We had a great stay in Blue Diamond Resort. The staff couldn’t have done more for us during our stay. Rooms aren’t cleaned regularly during the stay/fresh towels etc but anything we needed we just had to ask. 😊 The pool was spotless and the sun beds were very comfortable. Huge shoutout to Sajan for all of his help in making sure we had a comfortable stay. 😊

had a wonderful experience at Blue Diamond Resort. The hotel is located in a beautiful and peaceful area, perfect for a relaxing stay. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. A special mention goes to Sajan, who works at the resort. He was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. His positive attitude and excellent service truly made a difference and added great value to our experience. The staff overall were welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The environment of the resort was calm and enjoyable, making it a great choice for both families and couples. I highly recommend Blue Diamond Resort to anyone visiting Trincomalee. I will definitely visit again!

The Pool and food were good, there was a young boy there all the time who was very helpful. The manager had great English and was also helpful. We had an issue with our room - ants everywhere and they changed us rooms straight away

Great location, only meters from the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful - let us check out slightly later and cooked up a great lunch. The pool is a treat and very clean.
