Great breakfast, pretty clean exept of bathtubs . Very kind staff in breakfast buffet. Wonderful location and appropriated for all kinds of travellers and with kids as well. All was well done and orginised . !!! The oʻnly all 3 different weman in reception were like cold not supportive and not enough polite. Speaking to customers they not just stood up but were sitting speaking to us. Its just a matter of culture. Then we asked to stay one day more and the woman promised to inform us about availability but never called us. The receptionist are the face of a very hotel. They must be kind , friendly and caring for customers. That must be improved otherwise the customers will never come back

“Great location”
Excellent location in the city center. It is a few minutes walk from the central square, the main shopping street and the Manavika area where many great restaurants and coffee shops are located. If you go during November - December in order to visit the Mill of Elves, you can get the small Christmas train or the bus from the central square, which is a 2-minute walk from the hotel (it is a 10-minute ride). The beds are comfortable. The breakfast is good. The staff is very helpful.

I really liked the professionalism of the two receptionists. Miss Elefteria is a gem and knows how to assist clients with a massive smile and positive energy no matter how busy or how many customers she assist the same time. Miss Foteini as well very helpful. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. The hotel was very central and easy access. Spotless clean
