If you are looking for a place with soul, where you can soak in the region culture and feel real Italian atmosphere, it's a place for you. Landlady is very very kind, informative and helpful. She reccomended us many places to visit and see. It's also a perfect location in the heart of Venezia Giulia region- sea, Alps, historical places and even other countries are in range of a bike trip. I really reccomend this booking.

The owner was very nice to meet us. We had the whole house to ourselves. The location is especially beautiful, the house is on a mountain, it's quiet around. There is a cafe next to the apartments where you can eat and drink wine. The rooms have air conditioning, which worked great. Thank you very much

The house is great, very spacious, clean and comfortable. There is everything one needs.

We stopped here on our way to Grado doing the Alpe Adria Bike tour. We were warmly welcomed by Francesca and her two dogs. Everything was perfect, we especially enjoyed the breakfast with all local products. We would come here again.

Accomodation was above my expectations. Room is large and very clean, huge green garden and sweet dogs. Breakfast is served in very eco friendly mode, no single use plastic that is great!

The house is spacious and clean. It has a beautiful garden. The kitchen is well equipped and, besides the included breakfast, we could use it to prepare ourselves dinner. The breakfast was delicious. The owner Francesca takes care that all the food is from local producers and of good quality. Beside that, she is a very friendly, cheerful person and has a great sense of humour. Her dogs are very playful but also well trained. The position of the house is a great starting point for visiting all the other natural and historic attractions.

Conveniently placed in quiet area with nice surroundings. Apartment is spacious and convenient with modern and clean bathroom. Lovely garden. We liked dinner in the hotel nearby. Home owner Francesca is a lovely and nice person to talk to. We enjoyed our stay and would love to stay longer - perhaps next time ;)

We stayed overnight in Francesca's house on our way back from our holiday in Tuscany. The house is spacious, the kitchen fully equipped, we felt like at home. We were surrounded by a huge garden full of exotic bamboos and mature trees and two friendly dogs, Theodora and Leopold, who kept us company at the terrace. As a bonus, right next door was an excellent restaurant with great seafood and homemade desserts. We would love to come back!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful appartment. We highly recommend it; we arrived with bikes, it is up the hill but the climb up the hill is totally worth it. Also, there is an amazing restaurant next door, where we had the best dinner of the whole journey through Italy

Francesca is a very nice host and we enjoyed our stay in the house. Our room was very big and we had plenty of space for our luggage. We liked as well to have access to the kitchen and the system she has for breakfast: she puts at our disposal a variety of products that we can use and she prevails bio ones which we have appreciated a lot. We could sleep very well as it was quiet and well ventilated.

Everything was perfect. Francesca was a great host. She spoiled us with the best yoghurt I ever had. Leopold is a lovely dog... We had a great time there and we will come back for sure. I had the best calamari in the restaurant next door. Our room was very nice, great value. Thanx for everything...

Our host was super kind and very helpful. The house is also siutable for bigger friends companies. It is locates in a peaceful area, but close to the village center and there is a restaurant next to it. I would highly recommend it for cyclist who make Ciklovia cycling tour. The breakfast was super, all ingredients were bio and represented high quality. I really appreciated that there were vegan, palnt based milks too. Thank you for that:)
