“Hidden gem”

A hidden gem in Tricase. The wonderful garden (with the lovely scent of blossoming jasmin) was the main attraction for us, but the rooms too were even prettier than the pictures convey.

A hidden gem in the centre of Tricase, even better than in the pictures! The courtyard is beautiful and we spent our mornings reading in the sun under the orange trees. The B&B is right in the centre of Tricase. Our rooms were extremely clean and had everything we needed, even a little kitchenette to make tea or coffee. Chiara is a great host and was always available if we needed anything. We will definitely be returning!

“Hidden gem”

We arrived by car (free on-street parking right outside) and the front entrance was unpromising. However, once you were inside everything changed - utterly charming, gorgeous garden with lots of seating areas and our Queen Room was beautifully and quirkily decorated, with a kitchenette to make drinks. Bed was big and comfy - good aircon, lots of well-thought-out storage, good lighting - we were very impressed. The owner was lovely, friendly and helpful. You could go out on foot via the back entrance, turn left and you're in the historic centre of pretty Tricase, not an obviously touristy town but sitting in the main square at night was a wonderful experience.

Wonderful location in Tricase right in the histosical town Centre. 10 minutes drive to Tricase Porto which is an excellent location for sightseeing, sunbathing, swimming, scuba diving boat hiring. Chiara is a wonderful host, she has recommended the best seaside locations, bars, restaurant and tourist locations. We will be returning for sure!!

Beautiful property in the heart of the town of Tricase. There’s a very picturesque entrance and a nice garden to relax in. The rooms are spotlessly clean, have great character and everything you would need. The host is extremely helpful with information about the area. Also the rate is excellent value. I very highly recommend this property.

Beautiful, historical site with comfortably restored and equipped apartments. Internal, beautifully kept garden with places to relax. Only a few meters from the entrance to the old town and lively old Italian piazza. Chiara is a wonderful host. She gave us many tips for our stay and took us to go swimming in the nearby Marina Serra. Her restaurant's recommendations were 100% accurate / Lemi and La Locanda Del Levante/. You can prepare breakfast by yourself or /we recommend it / go to a wonderful cafe and bakery open from 7 am, 120 m from the facility /Martinucci Laboratory Tricase/. We have visited Italy several times but definitely the stay at Corte Piri was one of our best experiences.

I liked everything! The building lies between two streets of the town, and develops around a wonderful garden with lemon trees and other fruit trees. The rooms are SUPER tastefully renovated, good size, great style and comfort, extremely clean and decorated to the smallest particulars with care and good taste. Chiara is friendly and helpful in giving indications about local sightseeing or places to eat to, it shows clearly how much passion she puts in her b&b.
