“Lovely, peaceful holiday in the Black Forest”

The apartment was exactly as advertised - it was located away from the town in a wonderful peaceful location on the edge of the forest. We were provided with a Konus card on arrival which gave us free rail travel, and free access to the local open-air swimming pool. The train station was a five minute drive away and had free parking so we used that as our main form of transport during the holiday. We had a two bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom (shower, no bath), and a balcony. The beds were comfortable and we were provided with duvet, blankets and towels. There were a number of walks we could do without driving anywhere and plenty to see locally, either by car or by rail.

Everything was more than perfect. The house locates in the middle of nature, you can take walk in any direction but it is close to Triberg, too. The appartman was tidy and fully equived espacially the kitchen. Angelika also was helpful.

“A cosy ans relaxing self-catering break in the Schwarzwald”

Angelika and her husband Marcus were really lovely and so warm and accommodating. We didn't have a car and it was about a 30-40 minute walk to Triberg from the accommodation so they dropped us to the supermarket on several occasions to buy food and picked us up from the train station or ordered us a taxi when we returned from excursions. The apartment was gorgeous and very cosy with everything you needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay with beautiful views of the Schwarzwald area. We were lucky enough to see it covered in snow which made it pretty special. There were lots of tiny personal touches which were much appreciated from Angelika's delicious homemade biscuits and coffee pods being provided as well as towels, shower gel and body lotion in the bathroom.

Everything was great ,great location to go around ,the owners were super helpful. Car is a must.

The view was beautiful, the room was spacious, the host was very friendly, everything was very clean, the host provided a quick tour of the room with explanations if applicable, it's right in the middle of nature but it's only a 5 min drive away from the centre of Triberg. All in all very much recommend this place!

“Excellent place for Black Forest nature lovers”

Excellent place for nature-lovers. Quiet and peaceful. Great hiking trail can start from the house (a little steep at times - check out info about Schwarzwaldbahn-Erlebnispfad). No restaurant around the corner but well-equipped kitchen in the apartment.

Beautiful apartment, set in a lovely location. Spotlessly clean. The hosts Angelika and her husband were wonderful and answered all my questions about the area. There are hiking trails direct from the apartment which were great. There is a nice play area for children, table tennis and my son especially loved the basketball hoop. The hosts went above and beyond to look after us. We had an issue with the German trains and could not get back to Triberg one day and they came to rescue us! Nothing was too much trouble. I recommend staying here!

We were met by our host Angelica who took time to show us around and give us some local information and recommendations. Accommodation was impeccably clean, spacious and well equipped with a large balcony. The surrounding area is beautiful. Highly recommended.

Lovely and very helpful hosts, apartment is clean and well equipped, beautiful setting, located on one of the best hiking trails in the Black Forest, our six-year-old loved it. We will definitely visit again.
