Room was comfortable. Staff helpful. Stairs annoying as there was no lift. Breakfast is plentiful. Dinner was tasty and good size portions. The garden area is so relaxing.

The room was large,modern and clean with a kettle and plenty of plug sockets, excellent double headed shower. Just off the main street. I was able to park my motorcycle under a canopy around the back but there are quite a few steps to carry all the luggage up

Close to the waterfall. Had tea and coffee facilities in room. Room was spacious and well-appointed. As described. You get a tourist pass when you stay here which enables you to get free entry to the waterfall, museum and another couple of attractions. On site there is a restaurant (we didn’t try it) and a beer garden. Breakfast was included and was a reasonable selection. Clearly a lot of family pride and history in the business and its place in the town.

It's just 2 minutes from the waterfall. Perfect location with amazing views. Calm and beautiful surroundings. Breakfast spread is quite limited for a buffet but still amazing.

“Great value for money”

There was parking right in front of the hotel. Breakfast was great. Close to all the restaurants. Triberg waterfall is walking distance. Easy check in and check out.

“Not for us”

We felt staff at the reception was very arrogant and not supportive. We were not treated like guest and even simple question the staff was very rude in responding. So my family didn’t liked the stay and we won’t visit this hotel again

the location was convenient to downtown shopping and the waterfalls. there is a bit of a hill so be prepared.

The room was clean and big enough for us. The view of the township from our sitting room was beautiful. The restaurant for both breakfast and dinner was good. The staff work really hard to keep this hotel running as good as it does. A credit to them.

Nice large room with a large double (but in fact two singles pushed together which perhaps wasn't ideal, as separate single mattresses moved about under thin double 'topper' mattress) and a separate adjoining room with two twin beds. Very large & modern bathroom. Very friendly staff and good breakfast with hot and cold options. Clean & modern hotel closed to attractions with complimentary water falls pass!
