Thoughtful and Kindle staff. The room was confortable and clean. Bathroom was good. Food in the restaurant was delicious and the Konus card is a welcome bonus. Would definetely return.

“A perfect location to experience Triberg!”

Location was fantastic and close to many attractions and public transport. The staff were very friendly and we loved having a good place to eat just downstairs. Our view from the balcony was also very lovely.

This was one of the best places I've stayed at. The hotel is a cute old building situated right between the middle of the town and the waterfall walks. The room was a good size and had the most comfortable beds. It really was as close to perfect as it could have been.

Great location opposite the entrance to the waterfall, opposite the museum/visitor information centre and plenty of shops and cafes around. The staff were lovely and the food at the restaurant was very tasty. The balcony room had a nice little balcony, otherwise the room was quite small but functional. Bed was fairly comfortable.

It's a good hotel overall! Definitely the best thing is the location! The room is a good size, the bathroom is okay. Comfortable bed, and everything is clean! The staff is very helpful! The breakfast is well served, although a little late. The hotel restaurant is very convenient and has a good menu and kitchen service!

The location was beautiful, the staff were friendly and helpful (were were English speaking guests and were well accommodated). The breakfast (including the room it was served in) was delightful. All of the food (dinner, coffee, cake) was great and well prices. Easy walking distance to shops and sites.

Fantastic location, next to the entrance to the waterfall first walk, lovely views. Oliver was a great host, friendly and accommodating with coffee preferences. Food at the hotel was top notch. The second room we had has a balcony overlooking the stream

Probably the most wired experience I had: I booked this hotel two and half months ago, but I was told by the hotel after my arrival that my room is occupied by others due to some technical issues. They had to take me to another hotel for staying. The host of hotel provided me free cake and coffee during my waiting which is very friendly and thoughtful.

“Good location, needs better mattress!”

This hotel has a lovely, traditionally German look about it (which is why I chose it). The location is very good - close to the waterfall, museums, shops, etc. It's about a 15min walk from the train station. The room was very nice and you could hear the running water from the waterfall/river which was lovely (though I guess not for light sleepers!).

Hotel Pfaff is a beautiful hotel located right in the heart of Triberg, offering a lovely view over the town with snow-capped hills and charming cottages all around. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better location. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, which made our stay even more pleasant. The Black Forest cake here was hands down the best we had in town. We would definitely choose to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Triberg.

Hotel provided a card to allow us free entry to the waterfall, museum and transport. The manager was so kind and welcoming, helped us with luggage and requests. It was right above the house of 1000 clocks which is a great attraction.
